In his current role, he is leading the delivery of various AI-powered Fraud detection, Anti-Money Laundering, and custom solutions in the FinTech industry. Major clients include the top 6 financial institutions in Canada.
In 2024, he led the delivery of the Account Mapper solution as part of the RBC's HSBC $13.5bn acquisition, the largest ever bank business book migration in Canada. He led the team who developed the Account Mapping Solution, Fraud detection solution, etc., for migrated HSBC accounts to RBC.
Between 2022 and 2023, he led the delivery of an AI-powered data-driven fraud detection solution used by major Banking and Financial Institutions in Canada. The solution detected over $105m worth of fraud within its first year. He is leading the onboarding activities of major financial institutions to the solution and driving portfolio profitability through the timely delivery of projects within time, budget and scope.
He is an executive consultant, servant-leader and development manager with extensive years of experience in management, human capital development, executive consulting, Government, Oil and Gas, Real Estate, Business Start ups, Banking, FinTech, Software and Medical Insurance industries.
He delivers customized training to personal and corporate clients, and runs a corporation that provides COTS and Custom solution to small businesses.
